What to know before booking: participation conditions, timings and operational notes.

  1. Participants aged between 18 and 49 are accepted on our Activity Holidays.

  2. Activity days, the order of activities and the times may vary for operational reasons.

  3. For participants who have purchased early check-in, depending on how long it takes for your rooms to be cleaned and handed over to you, check-in to the rooms starts from 14:00 and may continue until 18:00. Until your room is handed over, you can make use of the pool and beach facilities. Guests who have not purchased early check-in can check in to their rooms on Sunday from 08:00, subject to availability. If early check-in has not been purchased and no room is available, check-in takes place after the return from the tour.

  4. On the routes stated on our website for our activities, there may be changes or differences in the event of possible adverse weather, force majeure or organisational requirements. The organisation reserves this right.

  5. For extra activities added to your basket, if the activity cannot take place due to possible force majeure, adverse weather or operational reasons, the full amount paid for the extra activity is refunded.

  6. Participants under 45 kg and over 100 kg cannot take part in the paragliding activity.

WHAT IS THE GUEST PARTICIPATION PROFILE?

The age distribution of the people who join our programmes is on average 40% between 18-30 years, 50% between 30-44 years, and 10% in the 40-55 age range.

While the share of our participants who come with their spouse or partner is generally around 40%, the remaining 60% consists of participants coming with a group of friends or on their own.

Our programmes consist of people on a common wavelength who want to socialise and have a good time, who have a passion for adventure and extreme sports and who have embraced this type of fun. 

HOW LONG ARE THESE PRICES VALID?

All our programmes follow 2 different price increase policies.

Period-Based Price Increase: Our activity holiday packages go on sale at advantageous early booking prices, and prices are raised as they approach their occupancy limit. In this case prices do not rise on all dates at the same time; they increase only for the periods that are filling up, while the advantageous prices remain in place on less busy dates. No SMS or WhatsApp notification is sent for period-based price increases.

Block Price Increase: This is a price increase applied to all dates and packages at the same time at certain points during the season. In this case, our returning guests and the guests registered with our SMS information service are notified of the price increase by SMS or WhatsApp message 1 day in advance.

Important: Our pricing policy works much like buying airline tickets, so deciding and planning early helps our guests secure the advantageous early deals.

For guests whose holiday date is not yet fixed, we recommend locking in the price with an advance payment and later using the date change right, which is granted once only.

WHICH HOTEL WILL I STAY IN?

Accommodation for our Fethiye Extreme participants is provided at Doğadayız Doğa Sporları Seril Otel.

Participants Coming with Their Spouse / Partner:
in 2-person rooms with a double bed,

Participants Coming with a Group of Friends:
in 2- or 3-person rooms, according to the number of people they stated when booking,

Participants Coming Alone:
are accommodated in 2- or 3-person rooms together with same-sex participants who are also coming alone, depending on the hotel's availability.

No guests are admitted to Doğadayız Doğa Sporları Seril Otel outside the activity holiday programme. At the other locations, accommodation takes place in mixed groups.

The aim of this practice is to bring together people on the same wavelength and to create a social atmosphere reserved for Doğadayız guests.

HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL?

Participants arrange their own main travel to the destination.

Participants Arriving by Air:
You should plan your journey from your home city to Dalaman Airport. When you arrive at Dalaman Airport, you need to take the Havaş or Muttaş shuttles, which depart according to each aircraft's landing time, to Fethiye Bus Station. Once you arrive at Fethiye Bus Station, you can reach the hotel with our shuttles.

You should plan your journey from your home city to Fethiye Bus Station. When you arrive at Fethiye Bus Station, you can reach the hotel with our shuttles.

WHAT ARE THE PHOTO AND VIDEO FEES?

Fethiye Boat Trip, Scuba Diving, Paragliding (Standard GoPro Footage), Rafting and Jeep Safari Photos and Videos Are Our Gift to You.

You will be able to access the photos and videos via the Drive link that will be sent to you in the WhatsApp group set up before your holiday starts.

The paragliding GoPro footage is handed over after the flight.

DO I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SWIM?

You do not need to know how to swim to take part in our activities. All activities take place accompanied by our instructors and guides.

Throughout your dives you are accompanied by our expert divers affiliated with the Turkish Underwater Sports Federation.

During the rafting activity you are accompanied by our licensed river guides affiliated with the Turkish Rafting Federation.

On our SUP board and rafting activities, equipment such as life jackets, swim rings and pool noodles is available.

ARE THERE AGE AND WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS?
  • The participation age limit is between 18 and 49.
    WEIGHT LIMITS
  • Paragliding:
    • Maximum 100 kg for men
    • Maximum 85 kg for women
  • There is no weight limit for the boat trip, scuba diving, rafting, Jeep safari and Saklıkent canyoning activities included in the programme.

 

WILL I GET BORED IF I JOIN ALONE?

Every week, 30-40% of our participants come alone. Depending on the hotel's availability, participants coming alone are accommodated with same-sex participants who are also coming alone at the  Fethiye programmes' hotel, Seril 2 Butik Otel, in 2- or 3-person rooms.

You do not need to pay any extra fee.

Depending on the hotel's availability for your period, you can tick the single room option at the basket (checkout) stage and stay in your room on your own by paying the single room supplement.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

In addition to personal items such as a swimsuit, towel, shorts and sunscreen, please bring:

  • Backpack
  • Waterproof phone case
  • Sports shoes and water shoes
  • 64 GB USB flash drive (for guests taking part in the Marmaris programmes)

 

HOW DO CANCELLATION / REFUND PROCESSES WORK?

If Your Plans Change for the Fethiye/Çalış Activity Holiday and Diving Course Programmes, Up Until 8 Days Before Your Holiday;

  • You can cancel and get a 100% refund. 
  • You can make a date change at the early-booking prices valid on the date of your purchase.
  • You can transfer it to someone else.
  • The amount you have paid can be held on account and used for any package within 1 year.

These Rights Can Only Be Used Once.

Once the Final 8 Days Have Begun;

  • If a documentable and justified force majeure event has occurred, the participant may postpone their entitlement to another date within the season, transfer the entitlement to the organisation they purchased to another person, or suspend their package and exercise the right to keep the balance they have paid on account.
  • If there is no documentable and justified force majeure situation, all the participant's rights are forfeited.

You must notify us of your request by creating a support ticket linked to your booking record via the reservation panel.

Important: For Paragliding course programmes this period is the final 30 days.
