Health and Fitness

Participation is open to anyone without loss of limb or sensory function, who can carry out daily activities and has no health conditions that could jeopardise the course of the organisation, their own safety or the safety of their teammates.

Operational Processes

The programme days are indicative. Depending on adverse weather or operational reasons, the order of the programme may vary. Your sports leaders will keep you informed about the programme details throughout the holiday.

In case of any unforeseen adverse weather that may occur, we recommend that, depending on the type of transport you plan for your main journey, your tickets be purchased as flexible/changeable tickets.

General Campaign Rules

The returning guest discount applies. 

Wallet balances earned through the referral system can be used for this programme.

Participants who purchase an Erciyes Winter Holiday in the 2027 Winter Season will receive a 4,000₺ discount coupon as a gift, to be used on diving course programmes scheduled in the 2027 Summer Season. The coupon is issued on the day your holiday ends and sent to you by e-mail. The coupon is not valid for our diving experience packages.

The discount coupon for diving course packages cannot be combined with the returning guest discount; it can be used together with wallet balances accumulated through the referral system.

Transportation & Departure Times

For guests arriving by air, our transfer service operates from Nevşehir Airport and Kayseri Erkilet Airport; for guests arriving by bus, from Kayseri Bus Station and Ürgüp Bus Station. There is no transfer service from Nevşehir Bus Station.

Round-trip transfer times between Kayseri Bus Station / Ürgüp Bus Station and the hotel are given in detail under “How Do I Get to the Hotel?” in the “Frequently Asked Questions” section.

No transfer service is available outside our planned transfer points and times. 

Your Responsibility for the Equipment

We hope you enjoy using the ski and snowboard equipment assigned especially to you for the duration of the tour. Our guests are responsible for the safekeeping of the equipment and for keeping it in good condition throughout the trip.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For Our Erciyes Snowboard & Ski Experience Programmes with Accommodation in Cappadocia

Until 10 Days Before the Start of the Holiday,

  • You can cancel your booking and receive a 100% refund
  • You can make a date change at the early booking prices valid on your purchase date.
  • You can transfer it to someone else.
  • You can keep the amount you have paid on account and use it for any package within 1 year.

These Rights Can Be Used Only Once.

Within the Last 10 Days;

  • If a documented and justified case of force majeure occurs, the participant may postpone their booking to another date within the season, transfer their booking to someone else, or put their package on hold and keep the balance paid on account.
  • If there is no documented and justified case of force majeure, all of the participant's rights expire.

WHICH HOTEL WILL I STAY IN?

 Snowboard-Ski Experience Holiday Accommodation for our participants is provided at Kayadibi Cave Hotel or Masal Cave Hotel, depending on the hotel preference you made at the time of purchase.
To find out more about the hotels and to see photos of them, you can take a look at the  "Hotels" section.

Participants Coming with a Spouse / Partner:
are accommodated in double rooms.

Participants Coming with a Group of Friends:
are accommodated in rooms for 2 or 3 people, in line with the number of people they stated during booking.

Participants Coming on Their Own:
are accommodated together with same-sex participants who are also travelling alone, in rooms for 2 or 3 people, depending on hotel availability.

Participants Who Would Like Single Accommodation:
Guests who would like to stay on their own can stay alone in the room by selecting the " I Want Single Accommodation " option during booking, which already has the single-occupancy price difference added to it. Single accommodation is limited by quota.

WHY DO YOU CHOOSE CAPPADOCIA FOR ACCOMMODATION?

The reason we have chosen to provide the accommodation in the Cappadocia region is to give our participants added value. Within the limited time and budget they have set aside, our participants get the chance both to discover the Cappadocia region and to enjoy skiing and snowboarding at the Erciyes Ski Resort.

In the event of adverse weather on the mountain, alternative excursion programmes can be arranged.  

Another advantage of staying in the Cappadocia region is this: the region offers a whole range of different nightlife options, giving our participants a social setting to enjoy.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET FROM ÜRGÜP TO ERCIYES SKI RESORT?

After setting off as a group from Ürgüp in Doğadayız transfer vehicles, we reach Erciyes Ski Centre after about 1 hour on the road.

For participants travelling directly by their own means from Kayseri Airport or the city centre, the journey takes around 45 minutes on average.

WHAT ARE THE PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LEVEL, HEALTH)?

AGE LIMIT AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Participants aged 12–55 are accepted on the programme.

  • Individuals aged 12–18 may only take part with the permission or accompaniment of a legal parent/guardian. The adult price applies to this age group.

PREREQUISITES AND EXPERIENCE LEVEL This package is suitable for advanced skiers and snowboarders who have moved beyond basic and intermediate techniques and can move independently on challenging terrain and gradients:

  • Slope Control: If you can ride confidently and fluently on red and black slopes with full control of speed, direction and edges.

  • Independence: If you can use lift/chairlift systems without difficulty and move on your own with full command of mountain and slope safety rules.

This package is an entirely free-skiing programme. Participants are assumed to have the ability to ride independently on the slope levels stated.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

  • Individuals aged 12–55 may take part if they have no loss of limbs or senses that would prevent daily physical activities and no chronic or acute health problems that could be an obstacle to high exertion, steep gradients and dynamic slope conditions.

WILL I GET BORED IF I JOIN THE DOĞADAYIZ WINTER PROGRAMMES ON MY OWN?

Every week, 30-40% of our participants come alone. Participants who come alone are accommodated with other solo participants of the same gender in rooms for 2 or 3 people depending on hotel availability.

At the heart of our activity holiday programmes, alongside personal development and gaining experience, is the aim of helping you make new friends and socialise through nightlife. Participants who come alone can also plan their holiday with peace of mind and enjoy the atmosphere to the full.

You can rent snow trousers, snow jackets and gloves daily from the ski room. Exact rental fees will be set at the start of the season, and current prices will be updated on our website.

ARE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TAKEN DURING DOĞADAYIZ WINTER PROGRAMMES?

When: Photos and videos are taken by our sports leaders on the last day of the programme, once the day's riding is over.

Sharing: The footage is shared at the end of the programme via a Drive link posted in our WhatsApp group.

All photos and videos are our gift to our participants.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

  1. What Are the Payment Options? How Can I Pay?

    When making your booking, you can choose one of the following payment methods:

    1. Booking with a Deposit (Price Lock)

    • You can lock in your current price by paying a 10,000 TL deposit.

    • You can pay the remaining amount in cash when you check in at the hotel.

    • You can pay your deposit on our website by credit card or by EFT/bank transfer.

    2. Payment by Credit Card (Single Payment or Instalments)

    • On our website you can pay securely with credit cards from all banks and take advantage of instalment options.

    • Your payments are protected by 3D Secure, using an SMS verification code sent to the mobile phone number registered with your bank.

    3. Payment by EFT / Bank Transfer

    • You must complete your payment within 6 hours of creating your booking.
