Important Information

What to know before booking: participation conditions, timings and operational notes.

  1. Participants aged between 18 and 49 are accepted on our Activity Holidays.

  2. Activity days, the order of activities and the times may vary for operational reasons

  3. Check-in at the hotel is from 14:00. We run a transfer from Marmaris Bus Station at 13:00 on the arrival day and at 12:00 on the departure day. There is only one transfer run, so you need to plan your travel accordingly. Participants whose schedule does not fit the transfer time must make their own way to the hotel.

  4. For cancellation, refund, date change, putting on hold or transfer of your booking, you must submit your request in writing at least 10 days before your holiday date by opening a support request via your booking.

    If a documentable and justified case of force majeure arises within the last 10 days:

    The participant may postpone their booking to another date within the season, transfer the organisation they have purchased to another person, or put their package on hold and keep the balance paid as credit for 1 year from the booking date.


    If, within the last 10 days, there is no documentable situation that counts as a legal reason for a refund:

    • For bookings made with a deposit, the deposit paid is forfeited. In addition, any provable extra payments made by the organisation to third parties on the participant's behalf will also be charged to the participant.

    • If the full amount was paid at the time of booking, 80% of the payment is withheld and the remaining 20% is refunded.

  5. On the routes stated on our website for our activities, there may be changes or differences in the event of possible adverse weather, force majeure or organisational requirements. The organisation reserves this right.

  6. At the hotel, drinks and cocktails after 22:30 are charged separately.

WHICH HOTEL WILL I STAY IN?

Participants on our Marmaris Extreme programme are accommodated at the  {otel_adi}  hotel.

Participants Coming With Their Spouse / Partner:
in double rooms with a double bed,

Participants Coming With a Group of Friends:
in 2-person rooms, in line with the number of people they stated when booking,

Participants Coming on Their Own:
are accommodated in 2-person rooms together with same-sex participants who are also travelling on their own, subject to the hotel’s availability.

HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL?

Participants arrange their own main travel to the destination.

Participants Arriving by Air:
You should plan your journey from your city to Dalaman Airport. Once you arrive at Dalaman Airport, you need to take the Havaş or Muttaş shuttles, which depart according to each flight arrival time, to Marmaris Bus Station. When you arrive at Marmaris Bus Station, our shuttles will take you to the hotel.

Participants Arriving by Bus:
You should plan your journey from your city to Marmaris Bus Station. When you arrive at Marmaris Bus Station, our shuttles will take you to the hotel.

WHAT ARE THE PHOTO AND VIDEO FEES?

The photos and videos taken during the holiday are our gift to you. 

In order to receive the photos at the end of the week,  you need to bring a 32 GB USB stick with you.

HOW LONG ARE THESE PRICES VALID?

All our programmes follow 2 different price increase policies.

Period-Based Price Increase: Our activity holiday packages go on sale at advantageous early booking prices, and prices are raised as they approach their occupancy limit. In this case prices do not rise on all dates at the same time; they increase only for the periods that are filling up, while the advantageous prices remain in place on less busy dates. No SMS or WhatsApp notification is sent for period-based price increases.

Block Price Increase: This is a price increase applied to all dates and packages at the same time at certain points during the season. In this case, our returning guests and the guests registered with our SMS information service are notified of the price increase by SMS or WhatsApp message 1 day in advance.

Important: Our pricing policy works much like buying airline tickets, so deciding and planning early helps our guests secure the advantageous early deals.

For guests whose holiday date is not yet fixed, we recommend locking in the price with an advance payment and later using the date change right, which is granted once only.

ARE THERE AGE AND WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS?
  • The age limit for participation is 18-49.
  • There is no weight limit for the activities included in the programme.
DO I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SWIM?

You do not need to know how to swim to take part in our activities. All activities take place accompanied by our instructors and guides.

Throughout your dives you are accompanied by our expert divers affiliated with the Turkish Underwater Sports Federation.

On our SUP board, water sports and boat trip activities, equipment such as life jackets, swim rings and pool noodles is available.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

In addition to personal items such as a swimsuit, towel, shorts and sunscreen, please bring:

  • Backpack
  • Waterproof phone case
  • Sports shoes and water shoes
  • 64 GB USB flash drive (for guests taking part in the Marmaris programmes)

 

WILL I GET BORED IF I JOIN ALONE?

Every week, 30-40% of our participants come alone. Depending on the hotel's availability, participants coming alone are accommodated with same-sex participants who are also coming alone at the  Fethiye programmes' hotel, Seril 2 Butik Otel, in 2- or 3-person rooms.

You do not need to pay any extra fee.

Depending on the hotel's availability for your period, you can tick the single room option at the basket (checkout) stage and stay in your room on your own by paying the single room supplement.

WHAT IS THE GUEST PARTICIPATION PROFILE?

The age distribution of the people who join our programmes is on average 40% between 18-30 years, 50% between 30-44 years, and 10% in the 40-55 age range.

While the share of our participants who come with their spouse or partner is generally around 40%, the remaining 60% consists of participants coming with a group of friends or on their own.

Our programmes consist of people on a common wavelength who want to socialise and have a good time, who have a passion for adventure and extreme sports and who have embraced this type of fun.
